Chocolate Truffle Pudding

  • 3/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
  • 4 Cups Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • Up to 4 Tablespoons Xylitol/Erythritol or Stevia (to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Gelatin
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Grass-Fed Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon XCT or Coconut Oil

Directions: Put all ingredients into a heavy duty blender and mix to desired consistency
