- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 6 walnuts
- 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein – Vanilla
- 1/2 c water (ice cubes optional)
Place all ingredients into a Vita-mix or blender. Blend to desired consistency and serve!
