  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1 scoop Grass-Fed Whey Protein – Vanilla
  • 1/2 c water (ice cubes optional)

Cooking Directions

Place all ingredients into a Vita-mix or blender. Blend to desired consistency and serve!
